Refund and Returns Policy

1. General Provisions

We respect your right to a return. In accordance with EU legislation, you have the right to return an item within 14 days of receiving it.

2. Return Conditions

The item must:

• Not be used or washed
• Have original tags and packaging
• Not be a personal hygiene item

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Underwear
• Swimwear, tops, leggings — if opened or tried on without underwear
• Custom-made or personalized products

4. How to Request a Return

Please contact us at support@elvaio.eu with the subject “Return Order №…”.
State the reason for your return and attach photos if the item is damaged.
We will get back to you within 3 business days with further instructions.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.

6. Returns and Exchanges

We care about your comfort and stand behind the quality of our products, which is why we offer a transparent return policy.

Return period:
— You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return conditions:
— The item must be in its original condition, with tags attached and no signs of use.
— Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is damaged.

Items that cannot be returned:
— Underwear, bodysuits, and other intimate wear
— Items that show signs of wear or are missing original packaging.

According to Directive 2011/83/EU, the following items are non-returnable:

• Personal hygiene products once opened (e.g. tops, leggings, underwear, swimwear) — provided this was stated in advance — and now you’re reading it.
• Customized or made-to-order products
• Perishable goods or those with a short expiry date

We prioritize hygiene and the safety of our customers. That’s why such items cannot be returned.

Important:

We reserve the right to deny a return if:

• The item has been worn or damaged
• The return request is made after the 14-day return window or does not meet the return conditions
