When will I receive my order?

Right after you place your order, we carefully prepare and ship it. Delivery usually takes 5 to 12 working days, depending on your country. If there’s a delay, we’ll let you know right away and keep you updated every step of the way.

Of course. You can return any item within 14 days of receiving it. It’s important that the item is in new condition, with tags and no signs of wear. We’ll either refund or exchange it — whatever works best for you.
